Why Seaweed for Dogs and Cats?

Before & After SeaMeal

Seaweed isn’t considered a superfood for nothing and this supplement contains 5 different types of sea vegetation! The air-dried wild seaweeds used in SeaMeal are an incredible source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. Seaweed is excellent for immune system health and the natural iodine content helps support thyroid health. While kelp high in Iodine is vital to the proper function of the thyroid gland, which produces hormones and also helps regulate metabolism. We do warn against feeding SeaMeal to dogs or cats with hyperthyroidism as iodine is contraindicated for this condition.

Seameal is more than just a seaweed supplement for dogs & cats. We’ve combined numerous vitamins and minerals to provide the maximum health benefits in a single supplement.

Flaxseed is an amazing source of omega-3 fatty acids, which provide many nutritional benefits vital for immune system health and promoting a healthy skin and coat. Omega 3 fatty acids nourish from the inside out and can be helpful for dogs and cats suffering from dry, itchy skin, hot spots, and poor coat condition.

Plant-based digestive enzymes, like pineapple, a good source of bromelain, help your pet properly digest their food and enable them to utilize more of the nutrients to fuel all their body systems. Digestive enzymes are very useful for dogs and cats with chronic digestive issues like loose stool.

How to use SeaMeal

SeaMeal is a coarse powder that should be given twice a day with your pet’s meal. Simply sprinkle the recommended amount over their food and watch them dig in! Most pets LOVE the taste of SeaMeal. If your pet tends to be a bit picky, adding some warm water into the food to help the SeaMeal adhere to the kibble can be helpful. If your pet is super picky, adding SeaMeal into some wet food can do the trick. SeaMeal is also available in a convenient chew form. Use consecutively for at least 4 weeks for best results.

SeaMeal is great for all ages! Puppies and kittens can start with SeaMeal at 3-4 weeks of age when they first start to nibble on pet food. SeaMeal can be added for the life of your pet.
